Transforming Youth Services Reporting with YourS

These days where data drives funding, accountability, and service improvement, not-for-profits (NFPs) often face major digital roadblocks. For one Youth Services organisation, the solution was YourS — a custom CRM built on a no-code platform with a human-centred approach.

Changebility’s role in this transformation was critical. Applying a person-centred digital transformation framework, the team began with co-design sessions involving youth workers, coordinators, and managers. This inclusive approach ensured that the platform reflected real workflows and frontline needs. Within just one week, a prototype was developed using Creatio's composable no-code architecture. Agile feedback cycles followed, allowing rapid iteration and refinement.

The YourS platform addressed four core user stories in the "Program Activity" space, including the ability for workers to upload incident notes, track memorable moments, and add photos. It also delivered a powerful reporting engine for managers — enabling reports filtered by gender, Indigenous status, program activity, and funding source.

We now have a fantastic app to take care of tasks such as program activity session recording, tasks, meetings, approval workflows contact/account management (and many more customisable features).

There are amazing dashboards to display all the information we need at a glance, reporting/exporting facilities & now we are now testing the mobile version of the app so we can use it in our facilities on the ground during sessions!
